10Projects helps you find and compare new homes, resale homes and commercial space, and connects you with a named advisor. We're a matching and information platform — not the developer, not your bank, and not your advocate.

Project facts shown here come from developers, MahaRERA, Revaa Homes and other public sources, each dated when we checked it. We check what we show, but facts can change after that date — treat anything here as a starting point, not a guarantee. Before paying anything, verify a project's registration yourself on MahaRERA's own site (maharera.maharashtra.gov.in (opens in a new window)), and confirm prices, possession dates and legal documents directly with the developer and your advocate.

Advisors who reply to you on WhatsApp are 10Projects staff or our partners, answering as themselves, not an anonymous call centre. One named advisor is assigned per enquiry.

Developers and sellers may pay us when a match we made leads to a sale. That payment never changes which homes we show you, or their order. Your phone number is never sold.

Information on this site is for your convenience and isn't legal, financial or investment advice. To the extent the law allows, 10Projects and its advisors aren't liable for losses arising from decisions made using this site — the usual exception being anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude, such as fraud.

The 10Projects name, logo and the site's design and text belong to us or our licensors. Project photos and plans belong to the developers that supplied them. Please don't copy, scrape or republish this site without asking us first.

Please don't: scrape or automatically harvest listings; submit a form with false details; or use our WhatsApp numbers to send anything other than a genuine property enquiry. We can refuse to serve anyone who does.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

When these change, we'll update the date at the top and say what changed.
