How we keep it that way
Listing text that tries to exclude people is flagged before it goes live, and rewritten. We review this twice a year and publish what we found.
How we check a project before we show it
A project goes live only after we've read its own registration on MahaRERA's public site — never from a brochure, a QR image or a PDF someone sent us.
What "checked" means
We open the project's own page on maharera.maharashtra.gov.in, confirm its registration number and status, and record the date we looked. Every project page shows that date, the number, and a QR code to MahaRERA's own site for it — never ours.
What we don't do
We don't hold your booking money, sign your sale agreement, or promise a price will rise. We're the people who checked the facts and found you a fit — the developer, the bank and your advocate handle the rest.
How we're paid, so you can judge the rest
Developers and sellers pay us when a match we made leads to a sale. That payment never changes which homes we show you, or their order. A home ranks where it fits your answers, not where the commission is highest — the same rule chapter 13 states on every page: "Ranked by your priorities. Commission doesn't change rank."
Your phone number is never sold or shared with anyone outside 10Projects.ai. One named advisor sees it, to answer you — not ten brokers calling at once.
